There are a few places to check the status of a reservation or potential reservation:
On the PropertyStays website
You can check reservation status in the following places:
- Reservations
- Inbox
- Calendar
On the PropertyStays mobile app
- Open the PropertyStays mobile app
- If your calendar isn’t displayed at the bottom, switch to your hosting account. Tap your profile and then choose Switch to hosting.
- Tap Calendar to search by dates, or Inbox to search your messages
- Find Reservation status
